Key Responsibilities
As a member of the Community Intermediate Care Centre (CICC), you will be proficient in assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing care.
Your role will include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide nursing and rehabilitation services for in-patient beds.

Job Duties
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver nursing and rehabilitation services for in-patient beds.
In the absence of senior staff, you will oversee the unit, manage patient admissions, provide care, and facilitate discharge planning while contributing to the unit's effective operation.
You will work in partnership with team members and other professionals to address the health and rehabilitation needs of patients within the unit.
The role requires you to demonstrate your professional skills and competence in care planning, medication management, and delivering care and treatment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to assist patients with various conditions in understanding and, when possible, managing their health.
Flexibility and adaptability to work shifts covering 24 hours, 7 days a week as part of internal rotation are required.
You will also have some responsibility for supervising less experienced staff and students on placement, and you will be expected to actively participate in quality assurance processes and service enhancement.
Qualifications and Professional Training

- Evidence of recent professional development
