We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Management Office Support Specialist to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will be working closely with a Local Authority in Southwark to provide administrative support for the Southwark360 Programme PMO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to strengthen the Southwark360 Programme PMO offering.
  • Produce clear and concise programme documentation, including Board minutes, Highlight Reports, slide decks, and org charts.
  • Analyse key programme reports and data, summarizing findings and providing actionable insights.
  • Administer the Southwark360 SharePoint site, ensuring seamless access to programme information.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the current and emerging ERP technology landscape.
  • High-level practical knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and Project Management tools.
  • Broad knowledge of key areas that make up programme and project management, including planning, risk, and issues tracking.

  • The successful candidate must be available to work immediately or at short notice.
  • The candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
