We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Governance Lead to join our team at Brookwood Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the Governance and Compliance team and ensuring adherence to Public Sector Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR15).
Main Objectives
- To lead the Governance and Compliance team in implementing the new Procurement Act throughout the business, understanding operational implications, and identifying innovations to improve solutions provided.
- To ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR15) and other relevant laws and regulations.
- To develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
About You
We are looking for an individual with extensive knowledge of Public Contract Regulations (2015) and the new Procurement Act (2023). You should have a proven track record in end-to-end public tendering and the ability to engage with multi-level stakeholders. Your passion for continuous improvements and adaptability will enable you to introduce tools and processes that support contract delivery.
