Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
  • Upsell and promote our menu offerings, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Restock and manage inventory, using the FIFO method to minimize waste
  • Report any feedback, complaints, or suggestions to your line manager, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Participate in kitchen cleaning, including pot wash and dishwashing, to maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements

  • A DBS check is required for this role, ensuring the safety and security of our guests and team members
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service is desirable, but not essential – we provide comprehensive training for this role
  • A food hygiene certificate is a plus, but not mandatory
