What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service and serving food and beverages to our guests
  • Upselling and promoting our menu items to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including stocking and rotation of stock using the FIFO method
  • Cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and dining areas, including pot wash and dishwashing
  • Reporting any feedback, complaints, or suggestions to your line manager

Requirements

  • A DBS check will be required to complete the application process
  • Experience in hospitality or food service is desirable, but full training will be provided for this role
  • A food hygiene certificate is desirable, but not required
