About the Role
We are currently representing a prestigious boutique law firm seeking to recruit a Senior Construction Solicitor to enhance its service offerings and further establish its footprint in the legal market.
This firm is renowned for delivering specialized legal counsel to both corporate entities and private clients, boasting an impressive portfolio of clientele. The practice has been engaged in significant construction-related disputes, representing a diverse array of stakeholders including construction professionals, employers, and contractors involved in various sectors such as transportation, engineering, energy, and infrastructure projects across the UK.
The successful candidate will be proactive and driven by the complexities of managing high-stakes disputes within a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.
The ideal applicant will possess extensive expertise and a robust background in contentious construction matters, including adjudications and arbitrations, along with a solid understanding of standard contractual frameworks. Given the seniority of this role, strong networking capabilities and a proven ability to cultivate client relationships are essential. A pre-existing client base is a prerequisite for this position.
