Job Opportunity: Senior Associate Solicitor - Construction Professional Negligence
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Solicitor to join our team in the Construction Professional Negligence department. As a Senior Associate Solicitor, you will be responsible for working on high-quality cases on behalf of insurers arising from contractor and construction professional indemnity claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on policy coverage and be involved in alternative dispute resolution such as adjudication, arbitration, and disciplinary proceedings
- Work closely with Partners on high-value claims with progression opportunities to manage your own case load
- Collaborate with a team of experts in the field to deliver exceptional results
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in construction litigation and insurance
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize a varied caseload
- Strong legal and leadership skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
