Job Opportunity: Construction Professional Negligence Solicitor
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented lawyer to join our Construction Professional Negligence Team at a Tier 1 Ranked Legal 500 Law Firm. As a key member of the team, you will work on a variety of professional indemnity construction claims, acting for engineers, contractors, architects, surveyors, and construction companies. Your expertise will be essential in handling construction disputes, defect claims, and insurance disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct files through alternative dispute resolution, such as arbitration and mediations.
- Work on a number of professional indemnity construction claims, acting for various stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Collaborate with the team to provide expert advice and guidance on construction law matters.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2 years of experience in construction professional negligence.
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritize, and manage a varied caseload.
- Strong legal and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
