Construction Professional Negligence Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Professional Negligence Solicitor to join our team at William James Recruitment. As a leading recruitment partner to law firms, we are committed to finding the best talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting for engineers, contractors, architects, surveyors, and other construction professionals in professional indemnity claims
- Conducting files through alternative dispute resolution, such as arbitration and mediations
- Working on a variety of construction disputes, defect claims, and insurance disputes
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2 years of experience in construction professional negligence
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritize, and manage a varied caseload
- Strong legal and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
