Sellick Partnership is seeking a skilled Construction Solicitor to join a prominent in-house legal team within one of the largest construction firms globally.

This esteemed organization is renowned for its significant contributions to major construction projects worldwide. As the in-house legal team expands, this is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional to become part of a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of non-contentious construction law issues arising from various projects.

This position is based in the London area, with a preference for candidates who can work in the office three days a week. However, applications from those residing further away are welcomed.

This role is particularly suited for a Construction Solicitor transitioning from Private Practice or an in-house lawyer seeking new challenges within a global construction enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and negotiating a variety of contractual documents with clients, subcontractors, and consultants related to Construction Law, including collateral warranties, framework agreements, joint venture agreements, NEC, and FIDIC contracts.
  • Providing comprehensive legal guidance across the organization concerning construction-related matters.
  • Collaborating with external legal counsel.
  • Facilitating training and knowledge sharing within the business.
