Construction Litigation Senior Associate Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Solicitor to join our Professional Negligence Team, specializing in construction litigation. As a key member of our team, you will work on high-quality cases on behalf of insurers, handling contractor and construction professional indemnity claims.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier law firm, working alongside experienced lawyers who are experts in their field. You will have exposure to a diverse range of cases, including those against surveyors, engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers, with values ranging from multi-million pounds.
As a Senior Associate Solicitor, you will provide expert advice on policy coverage and be involved in alternative dispute resolution methods, such as adjudication, arbitration, and disciplinary proceedings.
You will work closely with our Partners on high-value claims, with opportunities for career progression and managing your own case load.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in construction litigation and insurance
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritize, and manage a varied caseload
- Strong legal and leadership skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
