Position Overview

Key Qualifications and Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Proficient in designing comprehensive mixed-method research initiatives, with a clear understanding of best practice research frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing research projects, which includes crafting surveys/discussion guides, performing quality assurance, and managing project timelines.
  • Adept at juggling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring a robust research delivery framework.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Preferred experience in the retail, hospitality, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries, with exposure to both B2C and B2B environments.
  • A degree in market research, psychology, business, or a related field that provides a foundation in market research principles, or 3-5 years of relevant experience in market research.
