Job Title: Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the training team in the set-up, coordination, and smooth running of weekly large-scale training courses/seminars held in 5-star London hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a working relationship with training venues
  • Manage meeting room set up, F&B, and material preparation
  • Upload digital material to the electronic training device
  • Coordinate event logistics, including delivery of materials to the training room
  • Manage and oversee events on the day, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, and communicating with the training team in Dubai
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the client, responding to participant inquiries and complaints while onsite
  • Provide excellent customer service to event participants
  • Complete final checks on the day of the event to ensure everything aligns with company standards
  • Liaise with course administrators, course instructors, and hotel venues to ensure successful event execution
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable policies and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Availability to start immediately
  • Previous training/event coordination experience is an advantage
  • Smartly presented and happy to work in a corporate environment
  • Enthusiastic, diligent, proactive, and flexible
