We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our kitchen team in a high-end, premium dining restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving culinary excellence and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and execute premium, creative menus that reflect the restaurant's high-end reputation and align with our company's values.
  • Collaborate with our front-of-house management team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Manage kitchen staffing, including training, mentoring, and developing the team to achieve their full potential.
  • Work closely with our culinary team to drive innovation and consistency across all dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large, talented kitchen brigade in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive culinary excellence and maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create and execute menus that meet our high-end standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and food safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our kitchen team.
