We're seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Director to join our team.

You'll be responsible for creating seasonal, balanced, and nutritious menus, using your expertise to inspire and motivate your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of culinary professionals.
  • Work closely with site teams to maintain and exceed food quality and innovation standards.
  • Collaborate with General Managers to build and maintain relationships between our company's food culture and client goals.
  • Attend forums and lead craft workshops to stay up-to-date with food innovation and trends.
  • Provide strong leadership and coaching to maintain high standards and performance.
  • Interact regularly with customers to measure success, gain inspiration, and maximize sales.
