We are excited to present a unique opportunity within our Project Management Division, focusing on the Cloud and Infrastructure sector in the UK.

As a member of the Engagement Management Community, you will facilitate planning sessions and develop comprehensive project schedules for the execution of technology-driven transformation initiatives across various industries, including our expanding Cyber practice. Our team is distributed throughout the UK, comprising a diverse range of skills from generalists to specialists, such as the Project Scheduling Specialist role. Hybrid Working Model: Your daily work environment will vary based on your role, personal needs, and business requirements; it will include a mix of Company offices, client locations, and remote work, with the understanding that full-time remote work is not permitted.

Key Responsibilities

You will receive the necessary training and support to advance your career as a Project Scheduling Specialist. Your contributions will significantly impact our operations, as you will oversee all facets of project scheduling, including defining project scopes based on contracts, creating project timelines using Microsoft Project, assessing and managing risks, and providing the Project Management team with detailed project data to enhance their effectiveness.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Facilitate planning sessions and construct schedules for complex Projects and Programs.
  • Monitor and manage activities throughout the delivery lifecycle of complex Projects and Programs.
  • Prepare and deliver Project/Program reports, including Critical Path analysis, milestones, interdependencies, and impact assessments.
  • Generate necessary resource profiles from Microsoft Project to assist with resource onboarding and tracking.
  • Offer guidance on risk identification and lead scenario planning efforts.

Security Clearance Requirements

To be considered for this position, obtaining Security Check (SC) clearance is mandatory.
The successful candidate must have resided continuously in the United Kingdom for the past five years, among other criteria and requirements.
