EXPERIENCED CENTRE MANAGER REQUIRED FOR BLUE ARROW - TOOTING


The role of the Centre Manager is to ensure that customers in our buildings have the best experience in our Serviced Office environment.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Take charge and be responsible for one of, or a cluster of, Flexible Workspace locations.
  • Secure new business by effectively managing the agreed sales process, which includes carrying out visits and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that the centre operates within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Centre Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
