What You Will Be Doing

  • Overseeing the monthly reporting close timetable and assist in the preparation of the Budget Balance sheet.
  • Directing and continuously improving the Group's monthly management accounts pack including balance sheet, cash flow and various analysis including working capital movement and foreign exchange.
  • Preparing high quality reconciliations of all consolidation and group managed adjustments, including acquisition accounting journals.
  • Overseeing the monthly intercompany reconciliation and continuously developing stronger control processes and reporting tools.
  • Overseeing certain external loans account reconciliations.
  • Overseeing certain accounting entries in holdings companies and performing quarterly reviews, including share capital review and Staff Benefit Trust.
  • Assisting the FP&A and Business Partner teams in comprehending consolidation reports, IFRS and other technical aspects of accounting as required.


Essential

What we are looking for from you:

  • Qualified Accountant with significant technical experience in a group reporting team
  • Handling a group reporting pack and a month end timetable
  • Heading an intricate multi-gaap/entity /currency consolidation in a finance system
  • Experience overseeing consolidation adjustments and acquisition accounting.

Desirable

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional stakeholder management
  • Strong organisational and planning experience
  • Prior experience in a PE environment
