Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive - Consumer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Executive - Consumer to drive revenue growth from visitors to events at our venues, particularly exhibitions and new types of activity at the NEC and ICC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute event marketing strategies to grow revenue and support customer retention initiatives.
  • Lead digital and consumer marketing efforts to maximize visitor awareness of our venues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across all channels, including copywriting and campaign execution.
  • Coordinate activities and manage multiple projects with effective time management and organizational skills.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' proven marketing experience, with a focus on B2C marketing.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Confidence in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and executing campaign strategy across multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to write compelling copy for web updates and campaigns.
  • Knowledge and experience using Google Analytics, with a strong understanding of data-driven marketing.
