Apprentify is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team in Wilmslow. As an SDR Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our SDR team, driving sales performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a high-performing SDR team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to motivate and support team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and address skill gaps within the team to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage employee lifecycle events, including inductions, probation, performance management, and career development.
- Ensure accurate CRM records and effective use of sales tools to drive performance.
- At least two years of line management experience in a sales or commercial role.
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership in a commission-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, key sales skills, and performance management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support team members.
- IT-literate with experience in using CRM systems and producing reports and presentations.
- Competitive basic salary of £40-£50k (OTE £60-£70k).
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and your birthday off.

- Excellent working location in central Wilmslow.
