The ideal candidate would need to demonstrate experience in the following areas:
- Preparing and processing weekly and monthly payroll
- Managing all starters and leavers, including onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Handling statutory payments, including maternity pay and sick pay
- Managing all deductions, including tax and national insurance
- Preparing pension information and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
