Office and Finance Administrator Opportunity

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for office administration and finance? We have an exciting opportunity for an Office and Finance Administrator to join our client's team and contribute to the smooth operation of their office and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and manage supplier relationships for freight companies
  • Efficiently manage all office-related tasks, including correspondence, filing, and document management
  • Process invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees
  • Collaborate with the finance team to record incoming and outgoing invoices, credit notes, and purchasing orders
  • Reconcile supplier statements and monitor weekly time sheets, holidays, and sick days
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in office administration roles, with some finance experience a plus
  • Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
