Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Assisting with day-to-day operations, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a financial services company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, pro rata for 2 days a week.
- A 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
