Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at South Coast Nursing Homes. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for the recruitment lifecycle of all employees across the SCNH group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the recruitment lifecycle of all employees across the SCNH group.
  • Liaising with Home Managers and administrators on rotas and vacancies, and keeping them updated on progress of recruiting on key roles.
  • Administering requisite recruitment documentation such as background checks, DBS, references, contracts, offer letters, etc.
  • To engage key stakeholders in H/O and beyond when thinking about new ways to attract, recruit and retain talent.
  • Supporting the HR Manager with administration.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and able to work alone unsupervised.
  • Recruitment experience within Health and Social Care would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of and keeping up to date on employment law, and Sponsorship, level 1 user on SMS desirable.
  • Some advanced computer skills – Word, Excel etc as some report writing will be required.
  • Great communication skills, and the ability to get on with people and act with confidence when dealing with applicants, managers, directors and contractors.
