  • Adhere to timing standards for products and services, ensuring prompt and efficient service
  • Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and implement changes as needed
  • Present menu options, answer questions, and make recommendations to guests
  • Serve customers in a courteous and accommodating manner
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including menu items and promotions
  • Apply a positive and suggestive sales approach to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain table cleanliness, bus tables, and remove dirty plates
  • Minimize waste and optimize costs through efficient service practices
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe dining environment
  • Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables as needed
  • Process payments and operate the cash register accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food orders are delivered promptly

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Head Waiter or similar role in a high-end restaurant
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage, including menu items and wine pairings
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in developing constructive working relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities
