Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Manage all Food and Beverage operations, including restaurant and bar services, to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
  • Team Management: Recruit, manage, and train a team of approximately 20 staff members, including 4 supervisors, to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Financial Management: Work within budgeted guidelines to manage food, liquor costs, and payroll, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to develop menus that meet guest expectations and drive sales.
  • Guest Service: Manage guest queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Play a leading role in training new Duty Managers and developing the skills of existing team members.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment.
  • Qualifications: A degree in Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and financial control.
