Job Title: Music Educator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Music Educator to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Music Educator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging music lessons to students, developing and implementing music curriculum, and assessing and evaluating students' musical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver music lessons to students, incorporating a range of teaching methods and technologies
  • Develop and implement music curriculum, ensuring alignment with national standards and guidelines
  • Assess and evaluate students' musical abilities, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Organize and participate in school music events and performances, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide feedback and support to students to enhance their musical skills, fostering a growth mindset and love of music

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Music or a related field
  • Experience teaching music at secondary school level, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of music theory and practical music skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Music Education, with a focus on curriculum development and implementation
  • Experience leading music ensembles or choirs, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire students

Working Conditions:
