With experience in online trading platforms (such as Amazon) as well as traditional retail and FMCG, the ideal candidate will adopt a forward-thinking mindset, identifying growth opportunities and confidently exploring new markets. Key Account Manager Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to optimize revenue and meet sales objectives for designated key retail accounts.

2. Identify, target, and secure new retail accounts to broaden market presence and enhance sales prospects.

3. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to pinpoint potential new markets and formulate strategies for market entry.

4. Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at retail accounts, including buyers and category managers.

5. Facilitate regular meetings and presentations with clients to comprehend their needs, provide product insights, and address any inquiries or issues.

6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure the seamless implementation of sales strategies and outstanding customer satisfaction.

7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover opportunities for business growth and development.

8. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, encompassing sales performance, market analysis, and account updates, to senior management.

9. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts, ensuring profitability and sustainable business relationships.

10. Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements related to pest control, cleaning, and hygiene products.

Key Account Manager Experience:

1. Proven success in sales, preferably within the pest control or cleaning sectors.

2. Strong comprehension of the retail industry, including major retailers and their purchasing processes.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building and maintaining strong client relationships.

4. Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.

5. Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proactive sales approach.

6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

7. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.

8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.
