Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 qualified Childcare Practitioner to join our nurturing team. This role is essential in providing a safe and engaging environment for children aged from three months to five years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
  • Design and implement activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development through play and creative engagement.
  • Assist with daily care routines, including feeding, changing, and maintaining a hygienic environment.
  • Foster positive communication with parents or guardians, providing updates on their child's daily experiences and progress.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Possess a recognized Level 2 childcare qualification.
  • Demonstrate prior experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow staff members, adhering to the guidance of senior personnel to ensure consistent care and activities.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to being an integral part of the team, consistently challenging yourself and the children.
  • All candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure as part of the hiring process.
