About Us:

Our Setting:
Our facility is designed to cater to children aged from three months to five years, ensuring that each age group receives tailored care and attention. We focus on creating a safe and stimulating atmosphere where children can thrive.

Role Overview:
As a Level 2 Childcare Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting your team to foster a caring and educational environment for young learners. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the health and safety of the children while encouraging their development through engaging activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
  • Design and implement activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive growth through play and creative engagement.
  • Assist with essential care routines, including feeding and maintaining a hygienic environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents or guardians, providing updates on their child's daily experiences and progress.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Possess a recognized Level 2 childcare qualification.
  • Have prior experience working with children in a nursery or similar environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow staff members, adhering to the guidance of senior personnel to ensure consistent care.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to being an active team member, continually challenging yourself and the children.
  • All successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check.
