Key Responsibilities- Perform cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning materials
- Assist with laundry and linen services
- Participate in waste management and recycling programs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- General education including literacy and numeracy
- An understanding of the importance of health and safety
- An understanding of the importance of hygiene
- Experience in a similar role or industry
- Ability to interpret and action written instructions
As a Domestic Support Assistant, you will have access to vulnerable people in the course of your normal duties. As such, this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020, and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
