Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team at a major FMCG food brand. As a key member of our head office team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing campaigns that drive interest at the point of purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop impactful shopper marketing campaign strategies for key accounts, including media planning and execution.
- Lead customer presentations and drive regular contact with key accounts to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Own the launch of new products and innovation platforms in store to drive trial and penetration.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party agency partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Guide and develop the Shopper Marketing Executive to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their role.
- Manage budget and investment levels for key accounts, including monthly financial reviews.
- Promote a 'shopper first' mindset across the business to ensure that shopper needs are at the forefront of all marketing decisions.
- Interpret industry, category, customer, and shopper data to identify prioritized opportunities and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Robust shopper, customer, trade, or category marketing experience in a leading FMCG environment, ideally with eCommerce shopper campaign experience.
- Experience developing and delivering media plans and campaigns that drive results.
- Understanding of the full shopper journey touchpoints and how to leverage them to drive business growth.
- High level of attention to detail and commercial savvy to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and project management/organisational skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive campaign execution.
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude and drive for achievement to succeed in a fast-paced marketing environment.
