As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality BBV/HIV services, focusing on improving the health and wellbeing of individuals living with BBV & HIV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of high standards of care to support and manage patients with complex needs.
- Work closely with the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to ensure effective management and optimum care for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support services.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in BBV/HIV care.
