We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Leader to join our team at Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents while leading and managing a team of nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional clinical nursing to all residents
- Deliver strong leadership and support to junior staff
- Supervise and manage a team of nurses
- Maintain accurate records and care plans
Requirements:
- 12 months post-graduate experience in a care of the elderly setting
- Experience of working with elderly people with dementia
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
