We are partnering with a leading healthcare provider to recruit a skilled Registered Nurse for a medium-sized nursing home in Renfrewshire.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain up-to-date clinical skills
Requirements:
- Qualified RGN/RMN with current NMC registration
- 1 year's experience working in a nursing home or hospital setting
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
