As a Lodge Installer, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of our lodges on various sites, as well as snagging and correcting any issues caused during transit.
**Company Bonus for Achieving 5-Star Reviews and Meeting Deadlines**
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the project manager to determine the site layout and positioning of lodges.
- Prepare the lodge, levelling the building and siting according to industry guidelines.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure the lodges are installed to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized site throughout the installation process.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous multiskilled experience in laying flooring, painting, decorating, and basic plumbing and heating knowledge.
- Good knowledge of site preparation and lodge installation techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to undertake joinery and snag issues.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Training and Development:
- Full training given to operatives on how to site and level the lodges/finish the buildings internally.
**Note:** Operatives will be required to work away from home, with hotels and food allowance provided.
