About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Part Qualified Accountant to join our client's finance team on a temporary basis. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting their transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT and Intrastat reports
  • Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records
  • Support the administration of expenses management platforms and handle other ad hoc requirements
  • Manage month-end timetables and communicate with the team
  • Upload payroll journals and track currency adjustments
  • Perform standard monthly postings for management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Input and cash licence invoices, and upload freight documents
  • Provide support for Navan expenses and track currency adjustments
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a finance or accounting environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent analytical and organisational skills
  • Ability to quickly absorb requirements and deliver on tasks, with a problem-solving attitude and effective multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Exchequer or older accounting systems is highly desirable
