Kiehl's Skincare Store Supervisor

Your Role:

  • You will be committed to skincare and providing outstanding service. Even if you lack experience in the skincare sector, we will equip you with the necessary tools to excel in your position.
  • Possessing strong business insight, you will have experience in sales analysis and inventory oversight.
  • As a self-motivated individual, you will inspire your team and assist your Store Manager in coaching them to deliver remarkable service and meet retail objectives.
  • Leading by example, you will engage with customers warmly and offer an exceptional shopping experience, sharing your knowledge of our skincare products and innovations.
  • A true people person, you will enjoy connecting with new customers and guiding them on a personalized journey to enhance their well-being.
  • Conducting skin consultations, you will demonstrate empathy and share your expertise, potentially transforming lives.
  • With an entrepreneurial mindset, you will contribute ideas to strengthen the team and business, confidently stepping into leadership in the absence of your Store Manager.
  • Engaging in our 'Kiehl's Gives' initiative, you will support local and global partners to address important issues such as environmental sustainability and community well-being.

Training and Development:

  • Your onboarding will include comprehensive training with our dedicated Education Team, Store Manager, Area Manager, and peers, ensuring you are set up for success.
  • Upon completing your training, you will earn your 'Kiehl's Wings Pin' to proudly display.
  • Participating in quarterly training sessions, you will be introduced to new product launches and skin application techniques.
  • We offer numerous development programs, supporting your progression into senior management roles through leadership training.
