Your Responsibilities

You will be engaged as a qualified Beauty Specialist with prior experience in skincare and beauty therapy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of customer service within our boutiques. You will contribute to creating a significant impact as we shape the future of Kiehl's Treatment Rooms. Your beauty qualifications will enable you to perform various treatments, including: Deep Pore Cleansing Facials, Clarity Correcting Facials, Rejuvenating & Firming Anti-Aging Facials, and Express Skin-Boosting Pressure Point Face Massages. You should have a passion for Luxury Skincare, wellness, and delivering outstanding customer service, demonstrating empathy while addressing customer needs. You are a true people person who enjoys meeting new individuals and guiding them on a personal journey to enhance their well-being. Our teams exhibit a spirit of adventure and a passion for building authentic connections that foster trust and loyalty. Welcoming potential clients in-store for skin consultations, actively listening to their needs, and sharing your expertise and product knowledge can truly transform their experiences. You will take the initiative to approach customers warmly and amiably, ensuring a world-class customer experience. Share your insights on our premium skincare formulations and the latest innovations, educating customers on the importance of wellness and caring for their skin.

Training and Development

Your onboarding will include regular training sessions with your Area Manager, Education Mentor, and colleagues. You will be equipped for success with a Kiehl's Education Learning Journal, granting access to modules covering Retail Skills and Skincare. A comprehensive training induction will further support your success. Upon completing your training, you will earn your 'Kiehl's Wing Pin' to proudly wear on your lab coat. You will participate in quarterly team training sessions, where you will be introduced to new product launches, skin application techniques, and have the opportunity to explore our latest iconic products. The future is bright Kiehl's offers numerous development programs, and we will support your career progression if you aspire to move into a management position, providing leadership training to prepare you for this next step.
