About the RoleAs a Trainee Business Development Executive, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our clients' growth by identifying top talent and supporting their recruitment strategy. You'll work closely with our sales team, mentored by experienced Business Development Managers and our internal L&D team, to develop your skills and knowledge.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and engage with top talent, utilizing your excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure new business opportunities.
- Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services, meeting client expectations and driving business growth.
- Continuously develop your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
We're looking for a motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and recruitment. You may have some sales experience, but we're also open to graduates looking to kick-start their career in this exciting field. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed, we'd love to hear from you
