We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at A J Recruit Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and creating new opportunities within the insurance industry.
About the RoleAs a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective lead generation strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and establishing and delivering client plans with clear relationship development and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure trusted strategic relationships and achieve sustainable profitable account growth
- Establish and deliver client plans with clear relationship development and growth objectives
- Develop strong business, commercial, and financial acumen to become a confident subject matter expert
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a challenger mindset to drive business growth
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through exceptional written and oral communication skills
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for business development and a natural flair for lead generation. Previous experience working with insurance companies is preferable, but not essential. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a business development role is required.
