Business Development Manager

Are you looking for a challenging role where you can make a real impact on a company's growth? As a Business Development Executive at Orion Electrotech, you will play a fundamental part in shaping our client's recruitment strategy.
Working closely with our sales team, you will be mentored by one of our experienced Business Development Managers and supported by our internal Learning and Development team.
Your new role will involve:
- Building relationships with clients and identifying top talent for their recruitment needs.
- Supporting our clients' recruitment growth by providing expert advice and guidance.
- Working with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
About You:
- You may have some sales experience, but we are also looking for graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in recruitment.
- You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships.
