Sales Manager for Modular Buildings

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist construction recruitment consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a high-end manufactured range of modular and portable buildings to the educational, commercial, and sports & leisure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Selling modular and portable buildings to end-users and contractors
- Targeting average project sizes ranging between £100k-£300k
- National customer site visits as required
- Meeting turnover targets, set depending on experience
- Managing a good blend of new business and account management
- Must have sales experience within the modular buildings industry
- Strong communication skills across all levels, both written and verbal
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and focused with strong time management skills
- Self-motivated, confident, resilient, driven, and ambitious
