Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated and skilled Technical Sales Consultants to become part of our dynamic team at Ambitious Resources Ltd. This position presents a unique opportunity for professional growth, enabling you to refine your technical and commercial expertise. As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will deliver exceptional customer-oriented support while collaborating with colleagues to promote and sell our advanced computing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    Assume responsibility for a designated sales target and actively pursue strategies to meet and surpass it.
  • Engage in daily business development and account management tasks.
  • Keep precise records of marketing and engagement data within a centralized CRM system.
  • Establish and nurture enduring relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Conduct thorough research to enhance understanding of customer business needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to the success of both personal and team sales objectives.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales journey.
  • Efficiently and accurately process customer orders, inquiries, quotes, and contact details in the system.
  • Address customer complaints and objections in partnership with service and support teams.
  • Provide monthly updates and forecasts regarding sales opportunities.

Qualifications for Success:
  • Demonstrated success in sales.
  • Experience in a sales-focused environment with an emphasis on exceptional customer service.
  • Strong enthusiasm for technology, particularly in computer hardware.
  • A genuine desire to advance a career in sales.
  • Willingness and capability to learn new systems and processes, including CRM software and sales methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel).
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Adaptability and openness to change.

Benefits:
  • Annual leave: 25 days plus 8 public holidays, increasing by one day to a maximum of 30 days after two years of service.
