About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead our culinary team at The Bridge Hotel, a stunning riverside venue with a rich history and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase the best of seasonal ingredients and drive sales growth.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including staff rota, training, and health and safety protocols.
  • Drive sales growth through engagement with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, and by identifying opportunities to improve menu offerings and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen, with a track record of delivering exceptional results and leading a team to success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong culinary skills, with a passion for innovation and creativity in menu development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
