Nurse Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing and care colleagues to deliver high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to ensure that the care provided meets the needs of our residents and that the team is working effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nursing and care colleagues to deliver high-quality care to residents.
- Work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to ensure that care plans are developed and implemented effectively.
- Ensure that the team is working effectively and that residents are receiving the care they need.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
- Post-registration experience in a care home setting.
- Leadership and management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
