Role Overview:
Act as the deputy for the Site Manager during their absence.
Oversee the management of inventory control data within the site systems and actively assess inventory metrics to enhance customer and ERIKS stock profiles and replenishment strategies.
Ensure timely processing of sales orders into the systems while adhering to acceptable margin levels, achieving savings, and meeting customer delivery expectations.
Facilitate the prompt entry of purchase orders into the systems, utilizing established preferred suppliers whenever feasible.
Investigate and identify supply alternatives when preferred suppliers are not available or cannot meet required timelines.
Deliver reports, Key Performance Indicators, and feedback to Management and Customers to support effective planning, budgeting, and performance management within designated timeframes.

Managers are accountable for the health and safety of themselves, their staff, and visitors within their operations, promoting health and safety in accordance with ERIKS and their Customers' Health & Safety Policies and procedures.

Managers must report all instances of non-compliance.

Managers should familiarize themselves with and ensure adherence to all applicable management systems, policies, and procedures of the company.

Ensure that team members have clearly defined roles and objectives, and that they meet the expected performance standards.


Working Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8.00 am - 4.00 pm

Weekly Hours: 40

Break Duration: 30 minutes


Local agreement on core hours 8-4, with slight flexibility possible.


Candidate Profile:
Maintain an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales personnel.
The ideal candidate will leverage knowledge of products, availability, sales territories, and individual customer needs to serve as a vital communication link to the customer.
