Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Engineer to join our team at United Living Infrastructure Services.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and coordination of construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and promoting quality control of all installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Assist with the planning and coordination of construction activities within the area of responsibility.
  • Quality Control: Monitor subcontractor personnel to ensure adherence with project plans and promote quality control of all installations.
  • Policy Enforcement: Enforce policies, procedures, and related work rules as established by Field Management.
  • Documentation and Communication: Work with document control systems, project management systems, and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to building good communications between field management, project management, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and specialty contractors.
  • Professional Development: Be responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing training skills.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Candidate must have completed, or be working towards completing, a Level 4 or higher qualification in Engineering, Construction, or other relevant discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Able to follow directions and interact with all levels of management on a working construction project.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Experience of oil and gas, pipeline, or another heavy civils construction.
Additional Information
  • Technical Competencies: Must be highly computer literate, including Microsoft Office, and confident in managing and working with data.
