Construction Estimator

CRS Professionals (UK) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects, including cost evaluations and pricing reviews.
- Collaborate with consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to clarify queries and requirements.
- Evaluate cost factors such as production time, materials, equipment, and labour to optimise project profitability.
- Successfully transfer awarded projects to the construction team for execution.
- Degree in construction or a related field is preferred, though significant relevant experience will also be considered.
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Causeway estimating software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
