Job Title: Senior Construction Estimator

CRS Professionals (UK) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for residential, industrial, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess cost factors such as production time, materials, equipment, and labour to optimise project profitability.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure compliance with pricing requirements.
  • Collaborate with consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
Requirements:
  • Degree in construction or a related field is preferred, though significant relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with Causeway estimating software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
